Q: How long will it take to dry? A: Usually rooms are ready to use right after cleaning. A normal range of drying time is 60 to 90 minutes. This varies due to carpet type, amount of soil, weather, air movement, humidity, and room temperature.
Q: Will cleaning damage my carpet? A: Not when Magna-Dry cleans. Carpet damage resulting from cleaning is not the fault of the cleaning itself, but from harsh methods - super heated water, residue-laden chemicals, detergent, and poor quality workmanship. The Magna-Dry system protects your carpet from damage.
Q: Will all the stains come out? A: Most stains come out with Magna-Dry cleaning, but we cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed. Our technicians will treat all persistent stains, removing any that are not permanent through special treatment methods and they will discuss them with you.
Q: What benefit does Formula-1 Protector provide? A: Formula-1 fiber/fabric protector bonds to each individual fiber, thus reducing the ability for dirt, grease and staining materials to attach themselves and become permenant (much like a coating on kitchenware). Vacuuming and cleaning will be easier and carpet life is extended.
