Will my carpet resoil quicker after cleaning?
Not when Magna-Dry cleans. The resoiling rate is greatly reduced due to our non-detergent cleaning process. With Magna-Dry, your carpet is left soil and residue-free.

How long will it take to dry?
Usually rooms are ready to use right after cleaning. A normal range of drying time is 60 to 90 minutes. This varies due to carpet type, amount of soil, weather, air movement, humidity, and room temperature.

Will cleaning damage my carpet?
Not with Magna-Dry cleaning. Carpet damages resulting from cleaning is not the fault of the cleaning itself, but because of harsh methods - super heated water, residue-laden chemicals, detergent, and poor quality workmanship. The patented Magna-Dry system and trained technicians protect your carpet from those harsh methods.

Will all the stains come out?
Most stains come out with Magna-Dry cleaning, but we cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed. However, you can be sure that our technicians will treat all persistent stains, removing any that are not permanent. When a stain is judged to be permanent, our technicians have the ability to use special treatment methods and they will discuss them with you.

What will Formula-1 Carpet Protector do for my furnishings?
Formula-1 bonds to all parts of each individual fiber, thus reducing the ability for dirt, grease and staining materials to attach themselves and become permenant (much like a coating on kitchenware). Vacuuming and cleaning will be easier and carpet life is extended.

What should we do before the cleaning is done?
With just a little assistance from you, Magna-Dry will make sure those special mementos and treasures are kept safe. Please remove all breakables from areas to be cleaned, as well as small furniture pieces and personal items.
